3. Strategic Goal

What should this branding achieve?

Awareness? Positioning? Differentiation? Trust? Conversion?

Example: “We need instant recognition and credibility in the sustainability space.”


4. Target

Who are you trying to impact?

Describe their worldview, ambitions, doubts, and language.


What would command their attention?

Visual tone, storytelling angle, style, etc.

Example: “Founders aged 30–45, building impact-led startups. They value independence, minimalism, and realness.”


5. Deliverables

What exactly do you expect to receive?

Be specific: logo in vector + PNG, typography system, color palette, brandbook in PDF, naming list with rationales…

Example: “Logo in SVG + PNG, a 5-name shortlist with rationales, and a one-page brand guide in PDF.”


6. Brand Data & References

What files, references or assets should we follow?

Past branding, mockups, internal docs, market benchmarks, etc.


What copy must appear exactly as-is?

Taglines, claims, legal lines, promises, etc.


7. Style & Tone

What visual examples or inspirations guide this mission?

Describe 2–3 key examples. What works and why?


What aesthetics should be strictly avoided?

Give at least 2 examples to dodge false starts.


What words define the desired visual tone?

3–5 adjectives: commanding, modern, bold, enduring, premium...


8. Timeline

What is your ideal delivery window?

Mention the specific date and time (with timezone).
